                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE,
                   PART II, SECTION 25-34, RELATIVE TO THE
                   PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN CERTAIN PUBLIC
                   BUILDINGS SO AS TO PROHIBIT SMOKING AND USE
                   OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN THE CHATTANOOGA-
                   HAMILTON COUNTY COURTS BUILDING.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  That Section 25-34(a), Chattanooga City
       Code, Part II, be and is hereby amended by striking therefrom in
       (2) the word "and," by inserting "; and" after the word 
"Facility"
       in (3), and by adding a new subpart (4) as follows:
            	"(4)  Chattanooga-Hamilton County Courts Building."
           
       	    	 SECTION 2.  That this Ordinance shall take effect two
       (2) weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
